# JEDI Free Edition Addendum to the JEDI On-Premises EULA v1.2 Version 1.0 ยท Effective October 16, 2026 This Addendum applies to the free, one-report edition of JEDI (the "Free Edition"). It adds to the JEDI On-Premises End-User License Agreement v1.2 (the "EULA") between Manufacturing Entropy LLC ("ME") and you. Where this Addendum and the EULA conflict for the Free Edition, this Addendum controls. Everything else in the EULA applies. 1. **One report, then it locks.** Each install of the Free Edition makes one report. After that report, the Free Edition will not make new reports. Your saved report stays available to view and print. You will not try to reset, bypass or tamper with this limit, or reinstall to get more reports. 2. **One-time, read-only email access.** If you choose to connect an email account, the Free Edition connects once, only to the IMAP server you enter, and only to collect messages in the date range you pick. It opens your mailbox read-only. It does not send, delete, move, flag or mark any message, and it does not change your mailbox in any way. It signs out when the collection is done. 3. **Your password is never stored.** The password or app password you enter is used only for that one sign-in. It is held in memory, never written to disk and never sent anywhere else. You may delete the app password from your email account at any time after your report is made. 4. **Nothing leaves your computer.** Your emails, notes and report are processed and kept on your computer. The Free Edition sends nothing to ME or to anyone else, and it contains no analytics or tracking. 5. **As-is. No warranty, no support.** The Free Edition is provided free of charge, "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. ME has no obligation to provide support, maintenance or updates for the Free Edition. To the fullest extent the law allows, ME's total liability arising out of the Free Edition is zero dollars (US $0), and the exclusions of damages in the EULA apply. 6. **Your accounts and your employer's rules.** You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to connect the email account you use and to process its contents with the Free Edition. That includes your email provider's terms and your employer's policies on email access, app passwords, software installation and data handling. 7. **Paid terms apply once you buy.** Once you buy a paid JEDI week, the EULA's paid terms (including license keys, fees and the Order) govern your use of paid JEDI, and this Addendum no longer applies to that paid use. By ticking the box in the Free Edition, you agree to both the EULA v1.2 and this Addendum.
